How can I buy a ticket or register for a walk?
Please select which walk are you interested in.
Select the desired number of tickets on the correct date, then drop them to the basket.
If you completed your purchase, where following the check of basket summary, you can type in your billing info. Finally, you can pay with your credit card on the secure SimplePay surface.
In case of a successful purchase, you receive an automatic confirmation email, with your tickets attached. Sometimes the confirmation email arrives 1-2 hours later. In such cases, we kindly ask you to be patient. In case the confirmation still does not arrive after 2 hours, please drop a line to info@hosszulepes.org.
There is nothing else to do, we cannot wait to meet you at the program!
I plan to arrive with a small kid. Do I need to buy a ticket for her/him?
For a gastro walk, including a tasting, you need to buy for 6-year-old children. For any other walk, you need to buy a separate ticket for 12-year-old children.
I registered for one of your walks. How will I receive my tickets?
Following registration, you will receive a confirmation email with tickets attached. Our emails sometimes land in the spam or promotion folder, please be mindful of that and check the above-mentioned folders following your purchase.
I received a voucher as a gift. How can I use it?
Step by step:
Please select the tour you are interested in:
Please select the number of tickets at the date of your choice, then drop them in the basket.
Click on the basket, where you can check your reservation in the basket summary.
Every reserved spot is linked with a field dedicated to the serial number of your voucher. Type in the serial number of your ticket(s) then click on the "REGISTRATION" button.
At this point, you can still withdraw your registration, in order to finalize it, click on the "Proceed to Registration " button, then provide your details (!) finally, click on the "CONTINUE" button- in case you registered with a voucher, the system will not take you to the payment page, but it will signal whether the transaction came through. (Please do not forget to fill out the “I am not a robot” field.)
In case of successful registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your tickets attached.
